We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our successful Sales Team in our Hyundai Bury dealership.

 

What can we do for you?

• Basic salary of £14,400 per annum. Highly competitive package with achievable OTE £45,000 per annum
• Full time, permanent position

• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Car Sales Executive Responsibilities:

As our Car Sales Executive, you will contribute to the groups’ success by delivering sales and customer advice, providing excellent customer service at all times. You’ll keep up to date with all of our promotions, products and services and be able to communicate these effectively to our customers in a fair and transparent way. Responsibilities will also include:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm, open and friendly manner. Conducting test drives.
• Merchandising: arranging of display cars on the forecourt and showroom.
• Process sales enquiries. Working towards agreed targets. Accurate completion of all documentation at all steps from enquiry, order, delivery and vehicle handover.
• Detailed explanation of warranty and service arrangements, introduction to the aftersales team, and demonstration of the car's features during the vehicle handover.
• Vehicle security procedures each day at the close of business Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols at all times.

The ideal Car Sales Executive:

To be successful in this position, motor retail experience is essential as is a track record of working to targets and KPI’s. You will also need to possess:

• Superb personal presentation and customer service.
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
• Achieving personal work goals and objectives.
• A Full UK Driver's licence Good level of education.
• Up to date knowledge of vehicle legislation affecting the industry and FCA Compliance or willing to be trained.
